After you have agreed with your peartron/employer on Rollingpear site, pay attention to the date and place to perform work; time to start work;  rate type (hourly or daily or project-based),  and total payment of work , here is how you will get paid:

1.      Be on time

2.      Finish on time

3.      Ask for your payment on time

4.      Ask for a RollinPear review each time.
